Wearing a muslin dress stuffed with a cushion and embroidered with fruits, flowers, birds and slow worms, I brandished a horse skull on a stick. I danced and paraded around Battersea Park as part of a troupe of performers including Anita McKeown, Arkem, Helena Bryant and Dave Aylward.
